Could not fault the apartment on level 3. Very roomy with great balcony and lovely furniture throughout. Tracey and Brad the Managers are wonderful hosts and very friendly and helpful. Cotton Tree is a lovely place to stay with great boutiques and restaurant/cafes. We have stayed there 8 times and would not go anywhere else, already booked for 2020.”
“A delightful stay, helpful friendly managers, spacious apartment, and a perfect location.
Tracey and Brad were so very helpful and friendly. Tracey went over and above to help us settle in. Thank you. The views were absolutely beautiful of the area, the river and the ocean could be seen from our balcony. I liked the quality of the kitchen utensils – good stone ware fry pans and quality stainless steel saucepans. Location, location, location. Just a short stroll to the Coffee Club, Cafe’s and the Bowls Club. Transport right at the front door with the bus. We went shopping at the Sunshine Plaza. A truly beautiful place to relax.
Loved the whole experience and we will be back again.”
“Spacious apartments with great views
Amazing Managers Brad and Tracey made our our 7 night stay a fantastic experience. They went out of there way to help with the preparations of our sons wedding on Cotton Tree. As for our apartment on the 4th floor,it was amazing.The view across to the Maroochydore River and the Ocean was like opening a picture book every time we entered our apartment. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and full size fridge. Washing machine, dryer and clothes airer is a welcome bonus. Generous sized balcony to take in the views and atmosphere.Ten minute walk to some of the local clubs and the fantastic Maroochy RSL club. Local shops just around the comer. I would give this establishment more than 5 stars if that was possible.Thanks again Brad & Tracey for a wonderful holiday.”
“The Managers Brad & Tracey are fantastic. They went above and beyond all expectations. The room (penthouse) was amazing.. large and very well appointed..The location and facilities are excellent. Cafes and shops close by and the view.. stunning.”
