*Cancellation policy – a $200.00 Deposit will be taken at the time of booking. The deposit is refundable for bookings cancelled more then 30 days prior to the arrival date. Any cancellations less than 30-14 days prior to arrival the deposit will be forfeited. Cancellations after this period may incur a larger fee and no shows will be changed for the stay.
